This semester a PhD student is expected to write a research project paper analysing the organizational challenge of engaging and retaining millennials and making recommendations to help you address this challenge. Based on information you provide, the student will deliver an action plan that incorporates your unique circumstances and outlines a path to more efficient and effective operations.

Project Examples

Requirements

The PhD student, under the guidance of her senior supervisor, will go collect data (e.g., survey, interview, archival data) in your company to help you analyze the key issues around the challenge your organize faces. The project ends with a report submitted to your organization presenting the analysis and the recommendations, from both strategic and operational perspectives. A presentation may be delivered at your request.
