--Do a 15 min presentation with a slide deck and speaking notes for the employer (who can attend presentations in person/virtually)

Project Examples

--Develop surveys on a topic (like employee engagement) based on scientific research

--Analyze or conduct a review of the scientific research in an area (e.g., work-life balance, flexible work arrangements)

--Make recommendations on how to implement an employee program (e.g., incentive programs)

Companies must answer the following questions to submit a match request to this experience:

Provide company and industry relevant information and data as needed for the project (to be discussed with the professor)

Be available for a quick phone/virtual call with the professor to initiate your relationship and confirm if the scope of your project is an appropriate fit for the course.

Provide a dedicated contact who is available to answer periodic emails or virtual/phone calls over the duration of the project to address students' questions (questions will be gathered and summarized by the professor).
