Coordinator Finance/Admin
Establish efficient administrative processes to manage financial tracking, communication, meetings, and data monitoring for the refugee program. Ensure timely and professional execution of key tasks, including issuing charitable receipts, handling stakeholder correspondence, organizing meetings, and supporting project management team needs. Maintain accurate documentation and monitoring systems for refugee program data in Smart sheets and Google Docs.
Data Entry Clerk
Ensure the accurate and timely handling of key administrative tasks, including inventory management, purchase order tracking, document organization, and invoicing support. Maintain up-to-date and accurate records for purchasing, inventory, and quality cost reports. Provide occasional reception and internal customer service support while fostering an efficient workflow in the purchasing team. Uphold strong organizational practices and ensure all relevant documents are properly filed, scanned, and accessible.
Business Development Account Management Support
Support business development, project management, and financial administration activities for the BMG Hub Lead outreach and engagement initiatives with corporate partners, government stakeholders, and community organizations to foster partnerships and business growth. Utilize project management tools, templates, and databases to enhance operational efficiency and track marketing, financial, and account management tasks. Assist in strengthening BMG’s mission by supporting socially-conscious projects, focusing on community impact, diversity, and inclusion.
