Project Examples

Requirements

Beginning this May or June, a group of five MBA student-consultants will spend 80-100 hours each over an intensive 2 to 2.5-week period solving a challenge your organization is facing .

Based on the information and objectives you provide, the student-consultants will research, analyze, and develop a strategic plan to execute a solution for your challenge or opportunity.

Example challenges include, but are not limited to:

  • New market entry.
  • Value chain/Supply Chain analysis.
  • Marketing/Recruitment strategy.
  • Leadership or change management.
  • Operations management solutions.
  • Leveraging new technologies for change.
  • Expansion strategy.
  • Horizon Scanning and Competitive Landscape Mapping

Please ensure you are committed to meeting with students as near the project kickoff date as possible (May 31st or June 30th 2021), and that you'll be able to respond to their enquiries in a timely matter over the duration of the project. Because this is a short consulting engagement, any delays may prevent the students from completing the project effectively.
