I had the pleasure of working with EZO Systems Inc. on the project "Compensation Policies for EZO." My program's collaboration focused on defining strategic compensation management policies. Throughout the project, the team at EZO Systems Inc. was highly collaborative and supportive. We greatly appreciate the opportunity to develop comprehensive compensation policies tailored to their unique needs. Their openness and willingness to engage with the students were instrumental in the success of this project.
