Yimage was assigned fixing frontend bugs, authorization and regression testing. Sadly, in the 2nd term with us, he wasn't as reliable as it was before, meetings missed, deadlines missed and delivery was not completed and required someone else to take over the work he had. He still put hours to the project. It's just overall, the experience was not ideal between him and the team. If he could focus on the work and care for it, I think he can actually deliver what is asked. Hopefully this will be the case for the next employer.
