Very well done. Alfonso's leadership and teamwork skills showed from the very first time he dropped into our discord from a friendly greeting to an easy going fun personality. He fit into the team quickly and started taking a leadership role almost immediately helping to streamline systems and create easy to follow methods for those that followed in his footsteps. I am very sad to see him go as he is an asset that will be dearly missed. Organisation and Attention to detail are definitely strengths. I would be happy to write Alfonso a reference letter as he continues to move forward in his career.
