My time at ILS was nothing short of positive, informative, and rewarding. When I first accepted the role of Marketing Event Execution intern, I wasn't sure what to expect. Now, reflecting on what I’ve learned and accomplished, I couldn’t have asked for a better mentor or company to work with. I was given significant input, and my ideas were valued in alignment with the deliverables expected of me. My mentor and direct supervisor, John, was always punctual, communicative, and highly understanding of my other commitments and any emergency situations that arose during my term. Whenever I needed resources to succeed in my role and ensure positive outcomes in my tasks, John promptly provided everything necessary and was always available to address my questions and concerns. The workload was fair, meaningful, and realistic for our situation. By the end of my term, I became an associate partner of ILS and started planning potential events for John and the company later this year. I wish continued success for everyone involved with ILS and hope to work with them again in the future, especially after such a positive experience and outcome.
