Ralph and the team at Savi Finance has been right off the bat has been such a supportive and ever-learning community that I feel so lucky to have been a part of. On my first call with Ralph, if there was one thing that I took away from it that stayed true all throughout my project, it would be passion. Ralph believes in Savi Finance, his team, and the importance of learning and overcoming barriers. He continuously reminds everyone that he is always there for us 24/7 and pushes any opportunity to be one of growth. I've only been in the company for a short 4 weeks, but within this time I've learned and grown so much in not only my technical skill, but also my soft skills. It would not have been the same if it weren't for the support of Ralph and the team at Savi. Excited to see what comes next.
