This was the third project we've run together, but I'm afraid that the results were disappointing this time. Of the 5 students, one dropped out before the project began, two never came to any of the weekly meetings, and the other two had to carry the weight. The team leader did a great job in terms of his persistence, curiosity, an eagerness to learn, professionalism, and keeping a positive spirit despite the challenges. The 2 students who did engage were lovely to work with, and it was a good learning opportunity for them, but I'm afraid that the end result of what was produced didn't fulfil our project goals.
