Great person to work with, Ryan was always punctual for meetings as well as flexible for time slots. Ryan also communicated what he wanted to see out of the project and understood my capabilities and also my limitations. I was able to work on that which I am good at and was able to create a meaningful project which I hope will impact the company positively.
