In addition to the social media campaign, we would also like to improve our email marketing efforts. We are looking for students to create email templates that can be used for our promotional emails. The templates should be visually appealing and include persuasive content that encourages customers to purchase our medical devices.


The email templates should also be customizable so that we can tailor them to specific customer segments. For example, we may want to send different emails to customers who have previously purchased from us versus those who are new to our company.


We would like the students to create a series of email templates that can be used for different purposes, such as promotional offers, new product announcements, and customer surveys.


Finally, we would like the students to create a project proposal that outlines their social media and email marketing strategies. The proposal should include a detailed timeline, budget, and expected outcomes.

Deliverables

In addition to the final report and presentation, we would also like the students to provide us with the following deliverables:

  1. Social media content: The students should create a variety of social media content for our company, including images, videos, and written content. This content should be tailored to each social media channel and should align with our company’s goals and target market.
  2. Email templates: The students should create a series of email templates that can be used for our promotional emails. These templates should be visually appealing and include persuasive content that encourages customers to purchase our medical devices.
  3. Social media management tools: The students should recommend social media management tools that we can use to schedule our content and monitor our social media metrics.
  4. Metrics report: At the end of the campaign, the students should provide us with a report that outlines the metrics they monitored throughout the campaign. This report should include data on engagement, reach, and conversions.
  5. We believe that these deliverables will provide us with a comprehensive understanding of the students’ social media and email marketing strategies and will help us to improve our online marketing efforts.
Mentorship

Students will connect directly with us for mentorship throughout the project. We will be able to provide answers to questions such as:

  • Our current products and social media marketing
  • Our customer and industry insights
  • Input on choices, problems or anything else the students might encounter.
