The main goal for the project is to create a sales pipeline of key contacts, and create a sales strategy for new markets for Reya Health.


This will involve several different steps for the learners, including:


- Researching and identifying key contacts within the industry.


- Analyzing the market to create ideal customer profiles.


- Assisting the founder and CEO with business development efforts.


- Implementing and managing customer relations systems.


- Developing a sales strategy for new markets.


Deliverables

By the end of the project, learners should complete the following tasks:


- A comprehensive list of key contacts within the industry.


- Detailed ideal customer profiles based on market analysis.


- Implementation and management of customer relations systems.


- A well-defined sales strategy for new markets.



Final deliverables:


- A detailed report outlining the key contacts, customer profiles, outline best practices for customer relations systems, and a detailed sales strategy.


- Presentation to the Reya Health team explaining the research, analysis, and strategy.


Mentorship

Learners will work directly with the company CEO on business development strategy and creating systems for growth. Learners can expect at least one check-in meeting per week and full access to the company Slack channels for easy communication. Learners will be expected to sign an NDA so that the company can share propriety data, research and other company information that will assist learners in their understanding and in their project delivery.
