Section 2: Student Objectives


Administration:


Outreach:

  • Manage and organize all files in drive.


Outreach Initiatives:

  • Build database of publishers in Canada,
  • Build data base of wellness authors in Canada
  • Build data base of personal coaches in Canada
  • Build data base of climate change advocacy organizations, funders and initiatives in Canada. .
  • Engage with different organizations and foundations that fund climate change projects. Research and establish partnerships to support our environmental initiatives.
  • Identify and reach out to potential sponsors aligned with our ethos of holistic wellness and environmental sustainability.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute outreach strategies.
  • Assist in planning and organizing scripts for podcast
  • Engage with current and potential clients to build and maintain relationships.


Communication:


  • Prepare and draft communication materials, including emails, newsletters, and promotional content.
  • Assist in managing social media accounts to enhance our online presence.

Database Building:

  • Publishers in Canada:
  • Research publishers online and create a detailed database with contact information.

  • Wellness Authors in Canada:
  • Research and compile a list of wellness authors with their expertise and contact details.
  • Categorize authors based on their specialization.
  • Personal Coaches in Canada:
  • Identify and list personal coaches in Canada, including their coaching focus and contact information.
  • Organize coaches based on their areas of expertise.
  • Climate Change Advocacy Organizations, Funders, and Initiatives in Canada:
  • Research and compile information on climate change organizations, funders, and initiatives.
  • Categorize them based on focus areas, funding preferences, and projects.


Engagement and Partnerships:

  • Climate Change Project Funders:
  • Research organizations and foundations that fund climate change projects.
  • Create a comprehensive list with relevant details for potential partnerships.
  • Potential Sponsors:
  • Identify sponsors aligned with holistic wellness and environmental sustainability.
  • Develop a list of potential sponsors and their contact information.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Team:
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to align outreach strategies with overall marketing efforts.
