The main goal for the project is to support the marketing team at BorderlessHR Inc. with campaign execution, market research, digital marketing, and performance tracking. This will involve several different steps for the learners, including:


- Collaborating with the marketing team to understand the company's global talent acquisition platform and HR suite of products.


- Assisting in the execution of marketing campaigns and analyzing their performance.


- Conducting market research and gathering user insights to inform marketing strategies.


- Assisting with digital marketing efforts and search engine optimization (SEO) to increase online visibility.


- Tracking and analyzing marketing analytics to measure the performance of various marketing initiatives.


Deliverables


By the end of the project, learners should complete the following tasks:


- A report on the performance of marketing campaigns, including insights and recommendations for improvement.


- Market research findings and user insights to inform future marketing strategies.


- Implemented digital marketing and SEO strategies with documented results.


- An analytics report tracking the performance of marketing initiatives and providing recommendations for optimization.



Final deliverables:


- A comprehensive report detailing the project's findings and recommendations for the marketing team.


- A presentation to the marketing team summarizing the project's outcomes and proposed strategies for improvement.
