No skills listedAs we expand and hire new drivers, we need to be able to take our customers opinions into consideration and improve as we grow. Hence, we’d like students to help analyze our google review datasets to draw helpful insights.
From this analysis, we hope to not only improve our processes and understanding but also gain insights that will enhance our strategy. These insights will be directly related to business outcomes.
Analyzed google review and other review datasets with recommendations from this analysis in the form of a report. Should help with areas like
- Improving pricing
- Identifying outstand drivers
- Identifying our weaknesses
- Identifying trends
- Developing more sophisticated products and pricing models
Final Deliverability's Should Include:
- included all source code
- A presentation of the evaluation of the methods used
Working closely with the project contact who is available for any clarification on questions, as well as occasional project progress meetings
