Objective

• To obtain product images from various sources related to our online store
• To prepare those images for use on our website, including resizing/padding and compression.
• To process in-house product videos for display on our Youtube channel
• To source manufacturer Youtube video links related to products for display on product web pages.

Project requires the following steps

• Sourcing of images from internal repositories, manufacturer sources or web sources.
• Processing of images for correct display with maximum quality and minimal file sizes.
• Some editing of images (e.g. removal or promotional text) may be required, but this requirement is the exception.
• Creation of spreadsheets with product references and image links for uploading purposes.
• Running of website process to auto create next-gen (webp) versions of uploaded images.
• Processing of videos and uploading to Youtube
• Creation of spreadsheet with product references and related Youtube video links for upload to website and association to products.

• Large in-house collection of digital assets.
• Access to website back office to work with products and images
• We will provide procedures and guidance on the processes to be used.
