- Step 1: Design. Search the web and suggest design options.
- Step 2: Review. Once the team has had some time to work through the design process.
- Step 3: Develop. Design approved, starts the development. Choose which free website builder to use: WordPress, WebFlow, Ucraft, etc..
- Step 4: Test.
- Step 5: Launch!
The main tasks of the intern will be: planning, analysis, design and development, testing, and implementation and maintenance.
- Establish the website's expressed purpose and goals.
- Map a content strategy.
- Decide what features to include.
- Build a style guide for assets.
- Discuss with the company's management to clarify the needs.
- Assemble all the information, pictures, videos, etc.
- Propose different designs for the pages.
- Write and validate the content in English and in French.
- Plan the design steps.
- Code these pages.
- Get the final design approved.
- And do the necessary tests in order to officially launch these pages.
The intern will be supervised and supported by the president, the web master and the communications manager.
