Project goal: Our internship program aims to provide you with practical experience in HR functions, allowing you to develop essential skills in recruitment, employee relations, talent management, and more.

• Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating interviews.
• Assist in talent development programs, including training initiatives and performance management.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
• Provide administrative support for HR processes, including maintaining employee records and handling documentation.
• Collaborate with other HR interns to implement new policies and and help manage other interns.

Receive guidance on HR practices and procedures, as well as training on relevant tools and software. Weekly meetings to discuss progress, provide feedback, and address any queries or concerns. Regular supervision to ensure that interns are on the right track and getting the most out of their internship experience.
