By the end of this session, students will be able to research and offer suggestions to improve Amazon, Etsy and other online stores:

For Example

1. Optimize Product Listings on Amazon

1.1. Create keyword-rich, descriptive product titles that highlight the product’s purpose and key benefits.

1.2. Write bullet points that effectively communicate the product's key benefits, materials, unique features, and gift potential.

1.3. Craft product descriptions that tell a compelling story, emphasizing how the product enhances mindfulness and relaxation.

1.4. Select and utilize high-quality product images, including infographics and lifestyle photos, to showcase the product in use.

1.5. Develop Enhanced Brand Content (A+ Content) to provide rich visuals and additional product details (if eligible).

2. Create and Promote Product Bundles on Amazon

2.1. Design product bundles that combine complementary items, for example:

  • Mindfulness Kit: Labyrinth + Guided Journal + Aromatherapy Candle.
  • Spiritual Gift Set: Labyrinth + Affirmation Cards + Crystals.
  • Travel Meditation Set: Pocket-Sized Labyrinth + Noise-Canceling Earbuds + Gratitude Journal.
  • 2.2. Highlight the value of bundles by emphasizing cost savings and convenience.
  • 2.3. Create compelling images that display all bundled items together to enhance perceived value.
  • 2.4. Set competitive pricing for bundles, offering a slight discount compared to purchasing items separately.

My name is Diana Ng, and I am the founder and proud solo social entrepreneur behind Minerva Innovations Consultancy, also known as The Labyrinth Lady.

I live and work in Surrey, BC, Canada, on the traditional, ancestral, and unceded territories of the Katzie, Semiahmoo, and Kwantlen Nations.

I began my journey in healthcare, earning a general nursing diploma from BCIT in 1981 and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from UBC in 1984. In 2002, I achieved a Master of Arts in Leadership from Royal Roads University, strengthening my ability to lead and inspire change.

With over four decades as a Registered Nurse, my career has included diverse roles in public health, community care, teaching, research, and management.

One of my most meaningful accomplishments has been introducing Metro Vancouver’s first public park labyrinth in collaboration with the City of Surrey. This initiative sparked further projects, resulting in the creation of three permanent labyrinth installations across the region, bringing communities together through mindfulness and peace.

I am also the author of Walking the Labyrinth: Your Path to Peace and Possibilities, a guide to finding clarity and connection through the labyrinth experience. Alongside my writing, I run a peace-focused store and facilitate mindfulness workshops in labyrinth settings. My labyrinth-inspired gifts are available on Amazon, Etsy, and my website.

As I continue to grow my business, I am expanding my focus to include racial justice activism. This new direction aligns with my lifelong commitment to fostering inclusion, equity, and meaningful social impact.
