DocDigitizer is an AI startup providing a Cognitive Data Extraction service, with (near) 100% accuracy, with human-in-the-loop, zero setup, zero warm-up and full pay-per-use. We are exploring new uses cases and ways to deliver value to people and organizations.
Project Scope
Every year universities have to deal huge a huge load of new students and candidates that present a lot of "paper" work (even if it is fully digital via PDFs). This "paper" stresses the admissions and back-office departments.
The project consists in full automate / eliminate the burden of data entry from documents by using DocDigitizer and providing a data interface that can be readily consumed the university ERP or backoffice apps.
The project consists of:
a) Analyzing the candidature, admissions and enroll process
b) Defining the core documents exchanged between students and university
c) Link the ERP or create a data exchange broker to which data extract from DocDigitizer can flow.
d) If possible run a test with university ERP to proof the all concept.
Students will be responsible for:
- Analyzing the candidature / admission process
- Defining the data flow
- Code the data broker
- Integrate and use the data broker

a) Kick-off meeting for defining a plan, scope and tasks
b) Weekly or biweekly status meetings
c) Both R&D and Operations support via direct access to senior member and direct IM channels like Slack
