The main goal of this project is to design a solution that can solve the business of healthcare staffing and patient data forecasting using given data. The forecasting should utilize AI and have a minimum accuracy of 75% based on historical data. Learners can use Tableau or be trained to use Looker.

The tasks that learners will need to complete to achieve the project goal are:

- Analyze the given data to identify patterns and trends.

- Develop an AI-based forecasting model with a minimum accuracy of 75%.

- Utilize Tableau or Looker to visualize the results of the forecasting model.

- Test the model and make any necessary adjustments to ensure accuracy.

- Create a report detailing the process and results of the project.
