Through this project, you will be able to practice and improve skills such as communication, teamwork, time management, adaptability, problem-solving, and critical thinking among others.
FINAL PROJECT DELIVERABLES:
- Complete 30 interviews with potential customers and provide recordings and transcripts.
- A complete project report and data package that includes the analyzed and visualised outcome of the project
- Conducting research and building a list of potential customers to contact and set up interviews with
- Updating the existing questionnaire or creating a new one
- Setting up and running interviews
- Meeting potential customers and interviewing them to understand their needs and level of interest
- Transcribing or recoring the responses during the interviews
- Qualitative research data analysis
- Communicate product values to bring customers on-board
- Quantifying Customer Lifetime Value
- Defining customer's budget and willingness to pay to help with product pricing
- Track the teamβs progress and adjust the approach if/when needed
