The goal of this project is to enhance the overall product experience for users by conducting a thorough review of the existing UI/UX, suggesting and implementing necessary changes. Additionally, the project aims to improve email communication sent through the platform by developing engaging and visually appealing HTML content. To further enhance the user experience, user-friendly tools will be utilized to create product tours for new users.

By the end of the project, students should complete the following list of activities:

• Familiarize themselves with our existing product.
• Improved UI designs and suggestions
• Improved email content and communication
• Major product tours

In addition to the goals previously stated, this project will also provide support for students by offering at least 2-3 hours of mentorship per week. This will include guidance on best practices, troubleshooting assistance, and opportunities for feedback. Furthermore, students will have access to internal tools and documentation to aid in their learning and development.
