Details

The main goal of the project is to assist with building and deploying a customer support framework for Sai, a fintech startup that is helping artists and creatives to file their taxes using a web-based automated platform. The interns will be communicating with customers, assisting with troubleshooting, researching and writing resources like documentation, blog posts, social media content, and representing the company publicly.



This will involve several different steps for the interns, including:


- Learning about Sai's business strategy, goals, and mission to become familiar with the company's products and services.


- Assisting in building and deploying a customer support framework, including communication with customers, troubleshooting, and creating resources.


- Researching and writing documentation, blog posts, and social media content.


- Representing the company publicly and providing customer support.


Deliverables


By the end of the project, interns should complete the following tasks:


- Developed and deployed a customer support framework for Sai fintech startup.


- Created documentation, blog posts, and social media content to support customer interactions.


- Assisted in troubleshooting customer issues and provided public representation for the company.



Final deliverables should include:


- A comprehensive customer support framework.


- Documentation, blog posts, and social media content created during the project.


- Reports on customer interactions and troubleshooting efforts.
