Project Objective:

The primary goal of this cooperative placement project is to develop base brand decks for both international and domestic producers, and to organize existing brand folders to ensure that all core materials are readily available and up-to-date. By the end of this project, our aim is to have comprehensive brand decks that can be easily used for promotional and marketing purposes, and organized brand folders that streamline brand information retrieval.

Deliverables

Project Tasks:


Orientation and Training (5 hours):


  • Introduction to the organization's brand guidelines and standards.
  • Familiarization with the existing brand materials and folders.
  • Overview of the template for brand decks.


Brand Deck Development (30 hours):


  • Gather and review all existing brand materials, including logos, images, product descriptions, and any other relevant content.
  • Work with the provided template to create base brand decks for international and domestic producers.
  • Ensure that the brand decks include key information about the producers, products, and brand story.


Content Enhancement (10 hours):


  • Identify any missing or outdated information in the existing brand materials.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to acquire any missing content, such as updated tech sheets, bottle shots, and logos.
  • Ensure that all content in the brand decks is accurate and up-to-date.


Design and Visuals (15 hours):


  • Improve the visual elements of the brand decks, making them visually appealing and consistent with brand guidelines.
  • Incorporate high-quality images, graphics, and layouts to enhance the overall look and feel of the brand decks.


Organizing Brand Folders (10 hours):


  • Review and restructure the existing brand folders to ensure a clear and logical organization of materials.
  • Rename files and directories for consistency and easy retrieval.
  • Create an index or catalog for quick reference to the contents of the folders.


Quality Control and Testing (5 hours):


  • Thoroughly review the brand decks and organized folders to check for any errors or inconsistencies.
  • Test the brand decks to ensure they are easy to navigate and read.


Documentation and Reporting (5 hours):


  • Document the process, changes made, and improvements in a comprehensive report.
  • Prepare guidelines for maintaining the brand materials and folders in the future.


Project Evaluation:


The success of this cooperative placement project will be evaluated based on the following criteria:


  • Completion of base brand decks for international and domestic producers.
  • Organization and accessibility of brand folders.
  • Quality and accuracy of the brand decks and materials.
  • Improved visual appeal and consistency in brand decks.
  • A well-documented report on the project with guidelines for future maintenance.


Supervision and Support:


Throughout the project, the student will receive guidance and support from the supervisor and relevant team members. Regular check-ins and feedback sessions will be scheduled to ensure that the project stays on track.


Project Completion:

The project is expected to be completed within 80 hours, with a final presentation of the brand decks and an overview of the organized brand folders. The project's success will be measured by its ability to facilitate marketing and promotional activities for the organization's brand.

Mentorship

The business will support the coop student by assigning a mentor, providing access to resources and training, fostering a collaborative environment, offering feedback and evaluations, and involving the student in real-world projects. They will have flexibility to explore creative solutions, maintain clear communication channels, and connect with industry professionals. The business will discuss the student's career goals and offer recognition for their contributions. This comprehensive support will ensure the student's success, skill development, and a positive learning experience.
