The main goal of this project is to help Manage incoming product inquiries, process orders, and follow-up on payments for TrustClarity Inc. This will involve several different steps for the students, including:

- Learning about TrustClarity Inc. and their product insight and commerce platform.

- Creating a system to manage incoming product inquiries, process orders, and follow-up on payments.

- Developing a strategy for upselling products.

- Researching and analyzing customer data to identify trends and potential opportunities.

- Optimizing the system to improve efficiency and accuracy.

By the end of the project, students should demonstrate:

- Understanding of TrustClarity Inc. and their product insight and commerce platform.

- Creation of a system to manage incoming product inquiries, process orders, and follow-up on payments.

- Development of a strategy for upselling products.

- Research and analysis of customer data to identify trends and potential opportunities.

- The processing of X orders per student

- Satisfied Customer Base

- New Sales Opportunity Creation Based on Project.

- Recommendations to improve the process and drive additional sales.

Potential opportunities for work employment and/or sales bonus commissions following successful execution of the program.
