It’s important for us to have a better understanding of how our competitors are going to market and positioning their solutions.

We hope to gain a comprehensive understanding of the competitors in our space and how we can uniquely differentiate our business.

The final project deliverables include:

  • Battle card templates for competitors detailing their market positioning, unique selling proposition (USP), key messages, products features, and pricing.
  • Positioning statement and unique value proposition (UVP) for InvestorCOM.
Deliverables
  • A competitor analysis to understand how they are positioning themselves in the market.
  • Building competitive battle cards which includes key messages, their features, services and price.
  • Analysis and recommendation detailing how InvestorCOM should position itself in the market in order to successfully differentiate our offerings.
Mentorship

We will give you access to organizational assets to support this project such as personnel, competitive templates, internal resources, and more. Regular Zoom or Teams calls with student throughout project period.
