Deliverables

Key Tasks:

  • Assist in addressing customer inquiries through various channels, ensuring timely and effective responses.
  • Participate in resolving customer issues and providing solutions to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Provide support in maintaining customer records and addressing concerns with a customer-centric approach.
  • Collect and analyze data related to customer interactions, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations.
  • Interns are expected to submit a detailed document outlining their contributions during the internship. This document should cover key aspects such as customer interaction strategies, issue resolution methods, and outcomes.
Mentorship

We will be offering students support from staff members and the owner during the duration of the project. They will have personal mentors to guide and support students, which they can reach out to whenever they need assistance completing a certain task. We will also have meetings with them and introduce them to our overall operations.
