Details

Activities are an important aspect of the wellbeing of seniors. We are currently looking to work with students- Recreation Studies or in Kinesiology (physical activity perspective) - to research and provide recommendations for recreational activities and exercises that will help improve the experience for clients in a retirement home setting. We would like students to be innovative and research new methodologies that we may not have previously considered and to research global initiatives that are interesting and unique. This is an opportunity for students to learn more about the healthcare industry and in particular working with seniors.
