We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our growing real estate investment company as a Digital & Physical Marketing and Advertising Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the company's digital and physical marketing and advertising efforts, as well as providing support in the areas of interior design and building permit applications.

Key Responsibilities::

1. Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, including website development, social media management, and email marketing campaigns
2. Work with interior designers to create visually appealing and functional spaces for properties
3. Assist with building permit applications and ensure compliance with local regulations
4. Analyze potential real estate deals and make recommendations to the management team
5. Triage incoming perspective clients and schedule appointments

• Provide clear and detailed training on the real estate industry, including market trends and strategies for finding and analyzing potential deals.
• Assign a mentor or experienced team member to work closely with the student to provide guidance and support.
• Give students the opportunity to work on real-life projects and deals, allowing them to apply their knowledge and skills in a practical setting.
