SkildLabs has decided to extend its eLearning and content licensing business, and re-envision the concept of working space. This project would focus on developing the conceptual design and layout of a production studio, which can host content creators and production crews. The concept should be a new take on the future of work and would have to consider the shift of the workforce from in-person to a remote and hybrid approach to work.

Currently, SkildLabs has built and launched a property that goes by the name of “The Skild Hub“. The hub is a large open space living villa, where creators from all fields – influencers, teachers, bloggers, etc. - can stay and develop content in a positive, and inspiring environment.

The students would need to deliver the following project components:

• Brainstorm a series of creative concepts for the hybrid workspace.
• Developing sketches for conceptual design intent.
• Draft a layout plan and prepare 3D renderings digitally (if possible).
• Engage in material discussion suitable for the environment/location of the project (if possible).

• The students/interns would be able to communicate with the Founder/CEO and learn about the South East Asian market and the regulations that entail when purchasing or developing properties in Indonesia.
• The Founder/CEO is willing to donate his time to host weekly/monthly mentorship and career development sessions, where he can help the students with international business knowledge, networking opportunities, and career guidance.
