Review RVH’s current Ethics framework, SharePoint Page, and available resources. Applying adult learning principles, develop an education plan and implementation schedule for frontline staff on Ethics at RVH. 

Students would be expected to work towards the above outcomes and deliverables, reviewing ethics resources, adult learning principles and how to create an education plan an implementation schedule. This can be done remotely. 

The anticipated result of this project is the creation of an education plan and implementation schedule that can be used to implement for frontline staff. This will benefit not only the frontline staff of the organization with increasing awareness of ethics resources available to them, but will benefit patients as well that may require ethical support. Students will learn how to apply adult learning principles, while developing an education plan, and learning about ethics resources available in the organization.
