Students would be expected to work towards the above outcomes and deliverables, reviewing ethics resources, adult learning principles and how to create an education plan an implementation schedule. This can be done remotely.
The anticipated result of this project is the creation of an education plan and implementation schedule that can be used to implement for frontline staff. This will benefit not only the frontline staff of the organization with increasing awareness of ethics resources available to them, but will benefit patients as well that may require ethical support. Students will learn how to apply adult learning principles, while developing an education plan, and learning about ethics resources available in the organization.

Sharing knowledge in specific technical skills, techniques, methodologies required for the project.
Direct involvement in project tasks, offering guidance, and demonstrating techniques.
Providing access to necessary tools, software, and resources required for project completion.
Scheduled check-ins to discuss progress, address challenges, and provide feedback.
