Details

The goal of this project is to create comics that raise awareness about climate change and the importance of sustainability, Net Zero, and safeguarding water resources. The comics should be engaging and colorful and should address subjects like the role of nature-based solutions, technology solutions, water resources, or climate impact. The comics should be inspired by scientific studies or collaboration.


Deliverables

By the end of the project, students should demonstrate:


- An understanding of climate change and the importance of sustainability, Net Zero, and safeguarding water resources.


- Creative and engaging comics that address the topics of nature-based solutions, technology solutions, water resources, or climate impact.


- Research into scientific studies or collaboration that can be used to inspire the comics.



Final deliverables should include:


- Illustrated Comics that are engaging and colorful.


- Additional character images for the characters that were either created for the comics or totally new charachters


Mentorship

Access to our brand strategy,


full access to the co-founders who are willing to guide and help students wherever required,


Set up check-in calls every 2 days to support the creation of the storyline and wherever help is required,


Willing to share samples of the vision and mission of the company.


Provide a dedicated contact who is available to answer periodic emails or phone calls over the duration of the project to address students' questions or provide additional information. Minimum of 2-4 interactions with each student group leader (approximately 4-6 hours over the duration of the project). Let the students/instructor know if you will be away for an extended time (e.g., vacation).


Be available for a quick phone call with the instructor to initiate your relationship and confirm your scope is an appropriate fit for the course. Advise the instructor if students will be required to sign an NDA prior to beginning the project.


To provide efficiency in the information-sharing process, 2 - 3 web conferences may be scheduled in advance at appropriate intervals. The Instructor may ask for participation in an Instructor-led webinar session for students at the beginning of the project by providing an overview of your organization, project, and desired/expected outcomes.


Share feedback and recommendations about the project deliverables with the students and instructor.
