Details

We want to simplify our product development and operational processes to make our business model more β€œlean” and reactive to customer feedback. The focus of this project should be on clearly identifying the root problems that are increasing time and cost allocations across our operations and suggesting actionable solutions. Students should focus on:

  • Mapping our Go-to-Market processes.
  • Identifying bottlenecks with our business approach.
  • Develop a Solid Business Plan.
  • Recommending improvements to optimize our product roll-out strategy

Deliverables

We hope to implement changes that will help us identify a viable business model, provide a cost effective plan and at the same time accelerate innovation for several new products we are rolling out in the next year.

Mentorship

Students will connect directly with the employer for mentorship throughout the project.
