Details

We are interested in exploring technology that can support our goal to eliminate social isolation for seniors in a retirement home setting. We would like students to research technology advances that can connect seniors--north american technologies and what is out there globally. We also would like students to brainstorm ideas on how to incorporate learning technology as well as platforms that can promote connections and staying involved and aware of the community and world around them. Ex: teaching Smartphone use to enable seniors to connect with friends and family; facebook
