The Digital Marketing intern will be engaged in increasing traffic to the Aisha Comfortable Coliving website and social media platforms. This will include content creation, business automation as well as search engine optimization. The intern will also be involved in running advertisements / digital marketing campaigns and analyzing results to ensure the most effective techniques are being carried out. The intern will also be involved in executing a number of marketing tasks, in preparation for Aisha Comfortable Coliving to launch in all of Canada.

Based on our goals, we are looking for the student to work on the following:

• Analyzing website traffic/insights
• Implementing front and back end SEO techniques to the website
• Research surrounding SEO and marketing strategies.
• Planning, executing, and measuring experiments and conversion tests
• Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and make necessary alterations
• Brainstorming and implementing new and creative growth strategies for the company
• Carry out email marketing campaigns, building email automations, A/B testing
• Setting up and tracking conversions/various data using platforms such as Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, etc.
• Manage CRM through Hubspot and measure and report on these evaluations
• Create content for our social media platforms
• Take part in various training sessions/workshops and participate in weekly team meetings

Students will connect directly with the employer for mentorship and supervision throughout the project.

Weekly meetings will be held.

Students will also be given the opportunity to request a meeting any time they have questions, comments, or concerns they would like to address.
