The goal of this project is to have sales reps make outbound calls to potential clients in order to generate leads and increase sales for astrumDigital. The role will be compensated with a competitive commission structure. Sales reps will also retain their clients and get recurring monthly commissions from the sales.


Deliverables

The tasks that the sales reps will need to complete in order to achieve the project goal include:


- Researching potential clients and their needs.


- Making outbound calls to potential clients.


- Following up on leads generated from outbound calls.


- Negotiating deals with potential clients.


- Closing deals with potential clients.


- Tracking and reporting on sales leads and progress.


Mentorship

We will take each learner through a training process showing them how to make sales calls and close clients for our services.
