IndiGrowth Health and Wellness is creating an online platform where individuals will be able to receive professional services such as Licensed Professional Counseling and Health Coaching. Prior to pairing individuals with the right health care professional, we would like to allow people the opportunity to use an intelligence-based questionnaire that will help to evaluate an individual's personality/.

We would like to create a questionnaire that can be used when people come to the services section that will help pair them to the appropriate service provider

The platform will offer Health Coaching and Counseling services from the same portal and the questionnaire will help to distinguish the two services the individual will be looking to use and what their specific needs are after choosing from the two.

Each health service will have many distinguishing factors that will need to be filtered through to allow for the proper counselor or coach to be paired with a client.

Factors such as:

1. Certified Health Coaching -

• Certified Health Coaches will leverage multi-disciplinary clinical expertise around the participant's focus to deal with specific areas that focus on three main categories:

I. Nutrition – Nutritional Health Coaching/Meal and Diet Planning

• The focus will be placed on holistic nutrition

II. Fitness – Physical Fitness Goal setting and Fitness Plan Development

• Specific emphasis will be placed on mobility and injury prevention as well as calisthenics, fundamentals of weight and resistance training

III. Mindset – Stress reduction/Self Care/Goal Setting/Mindfulness Coaching

• evidence-based behavioral change models designed to target and motivate personal engagement and behavior change.

2. Licensed Professional Counsellors -

IndiGrowth will work with a growing team of highly qualified, licensed, and accredited counselors.

Our counseling team will be compliant with Clinical standards, including:

• Psychotherapist, Counsellor or Social Worker designation
• Accreditation by a provincial or national licensing body
• Master's/PhD degree
• Liability insurance
• A Canadian criminal record check
• Experienced in a variety of therapeutic approaches (all counsellors must be experienced in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy - CBT)
• Experienced in a wide array of treatment areas, including anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and many more.
