The main goal for the project is to provide students with hands-on experience in the creative arts and entertainment industry, allowing them to gain a clear understanding of the various roles and responsibilities within the organization. The program aims to guide students through multi-media storytelling and bring visions to life in every aspect of media, creative arts, and entertainment disciplines, ultimately assisting them to reach their greatest potential.


Deliverables


Tasks for learners to complete to achieve the project goal include:


- Learning about the company's goals, mission, and products from various employees.


- Assisting in the development and execution of multiple brand campaigns and productions.


- Gaining hands-on experience in various creative roles such as film, television, and brand creation.


- Collaborating with the team to understand the different elements and responsibilities within the organization.


- Participating in internships and post-secondary partnerships to gain practical knowledge and skills.


- Showcasing a clear understanding of the roles and responsibilities within the organization through practical application and execution.

Mentorship

Glo Up was designed to offer mentorship support and opportunities across all platforms within media creative arts and entertainment industries. The hands on high level unique experiences are avenues for portfolio and network building, as well as skills enhancement. The career preparation focus is to guide the transition from school to the workforce.
