The project aims to leverage various APIs to streamline data management processes within our company.


Students will work on integrating different APIs to automate data transfer, synchronization, and analysis, thereby optimizing workflow efficiency.


The project will focus on selecting, integrating, and testing APIs that align with our specific business needs, such as CRM, ERP, marketing automation, or data analytics platforms.


NOTE: we use various crm and EXCEL spreadsheets to track work processes and client deliverables - we need help with EFFICIENT ways to track progress on client files

BENEFIT TO STUDENTS: there are 1000's of small company that would benefit from this type of support. Students could use learnings to make their own small business. Once project is complete we are happy to pay Student part time to help us with future projects


Deliverables
  1. Integration Plan: Develop a comprehensive plan outlining the integration process, including data mapping, authentication mechanisms, error handling, and testing strategies.
  2. API Integration Modules: Implement modules to integrate selected APIs into our existing systems, ensuring seamless data exchange and synchronization.
  3. Testing and Documentation: Conduct thorough testing to validate the functionality and reliability of the integrated APIs. Provide detailed documentation covering setup instructions, usage guidelines, and troubleshooting tips.
  4. Demonstration and Presentation: Present the integrated solution to the project stakeholders, showcasing its benefits, features, and potential impact on business operations.
