Downtown Productions is seeking to enhance its client recruitment and onboarding process to improve efficiency and client satisfaction. The current process is time-consuming and lacks a structured approach, leading to potential delays and client dissatisfaction. The goal of this project is to develop a comprehensive plan that streamlines the recruitment and onboarding of new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and positive initial experience. This project will allow learners to apply their knowledge of business processes, client management, and strategic planning. The team will analyze the existing process, identify bottlenecks, and propose a structured, step-by-step plan that aligns with industry best practices. The project will focus on creating a cohesive strategy that can be easily implemented by Downtown Productions to enhance their client engagement and retention.

Deliverables

The deliverables for this project will include a detailed client recruitment and onboarding plan, a process flowchart, and a set of recommendations for implementation. The team will also provide a presentation summarizing their findings and proposed strategy.
