As part of this financial strategy role, your primary responsibilities will involve managing reporting requirements for both internal and external stakeholders. This includes critical tasks such as month-end reconciliation, quarterly planning, preparation of investors' data rooms, and the creation of pitch/board decks. Your expertise will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and insightful financial reporting that aligns with organizational goals.

Collaborate with Wouessi Teams:

Utilize Data for Strategic Decision-Making:

Lead Planning Analyses:

• Take the lead in planning analyses for cross-functional teams.
• Evaluate organizational tradeoffs to ensure alignment with overarching growth objectives.

Identify and Develop KPIs:

• Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to holistic growth.
• Develop a set of metrics that can effectively measure the success of growth initiatives.

Build Dashboards for Monitoring:

• Construct dashboards to monitor the performance of ongoing growth efforts.
• Ensure dashboards are designed to communicate insights clearly to relevant stakeholders.

Create Financial and Operational Models:

• Build detailed financial and operational models to support growth strategies.
• Own the development of these models, ensuring the highest quality, accuracy, and relevance to the organization's objectives.
