The goal of this project is to find engaging statistics about Canadian real estate investing and property management. This will involve several different steps for the students, including:

- Researching the current trends in Canadian real estate investing and property management.

- Analyzing the current market conditions and identifying areas of opportunity.

- Collecting and analyzing data from various sources to gain insights into the current state of the real estate market.

- Developing a report that outlines 24 different engaging Canadian statics (with the hyper link of where the statistic was found).

-Draft a 4-5 paragraphs about the significance of each individual static

By the end of the project, students should demonstrate:

- Understanding of the current trends in Canadian real estate investing and property management.

- Ability to collect and analyze data from various sources.

- Ability to develop a comprehensive report that includes the findings from the research and analysis.
