The goal of this project is to refine and consolidate the Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy for the AI SaaS platform. This strategy will integrate market research, product positioning, marketing, and sales plans into a cohesive roadmap for launching and scaling the platform. The GTM strategy will ensure the alignment of pre-sale, sales, and partnership efforts with the overall market-entry objectives.

The intern will be responsible for refining the GTM plan, ensuring that it is clear, actionable, and geared toward achieving rapid market traction, securing partnerships, attracting investors, and generating early sales.



Deliverables

Go-to-Market Strategy Document:

  • A comprehensive and refined GTM document that outlines market segmentation, competitive analysis, value proposition, marketing and sales strategies, and pricing.

Marketing and Content Calendar:

  • A detailed schedule of promotional activities, content releases, and marketing campaigns across all channels, including the pre-sale phase.

Sales Strategy:

  • A detailed document outlining the sales funnel, customer journey, and conversion tactics, as well as partner engagement plans.

Pricing and Revenue Model:

  • A finalized pricing strategy and revenue model for the AI SaaS platform.

Performance Dashboard:

  • A system or dashboard for tracking KPIs and metrics related to marketing, sales, and customer acquisition.

Stakeholder Engagement Report:

  • Regular updates, reports, and presentations to ensure alignment with stakeholders and senior management.
