project management trelloOne business is merging with another - or actually aquiring the other's contracts and lease. The goal of this project is to organize all the tasks, monitor the work and report on progress and risks on a weekly basis until the migration is complete.
You will use Trello to organize the tasks involved in the migration, assigns tasks and follow up with responsible parties until tasks are complete. The migration of companies involve several high-level tasks which will be filled in with sub-tasks. For example, there are two websites which will need to be migrated so the Large primary task and sub-tasks will look something like this:
Migrate xyz.com
- SEO analysis and recommendations
- Create new site in staging
- move hosting
- update DNS
- Update Google Places
- Update BING places
Each sub task will have a responsible party or parties and a due date.
Learners will receive work credits at their University, receive a recommendation from the CEO and have startup tech company experience on their resume. Exceptional candidates may qualify for long-term role within the company.

We are an online wholesale Mexico Insurance platform build on a cloud infrastructure that currently sells on a B2C basis but we are building our B2B platform
