The main goal of this project is to create a growth strategy plan for Cloudport. This will involve several different steps for the students, including:

- Analyzing the current business processes and identifying areas of improvement.

- Developing recommendations for Cloudport to meet its goals and solve any challenges.

- Building systems to optimize business processes.

- Identifying areas of the organization to focus hiring efforts.

By the end of the project, students should demonstrate:

- Understanding of Cloudport's current business processes.

- Identification of areas of improvement.

- Development of recommendations for Cloudport to meet its goals.

- Creation of systems to optimize business processes.

- Identification of areas of the organization to focus hiring efforts.

Final deliverables should include:

- A summary presentation up to 5 to 10 slides on key recommendations

- A written report explaining the plan, frameworks and details

I will provide 1 to 5 hours per week for mentorship and guidance to learners to ensure goals can be achieved.
