The main goal for the project is to design a mindfulness course specifically tailored for black women, incorporating meditation and relaxation techniques that are culturally relevant. The course should address the unique stressors and challenges faced by black women and provide practical tools for managing them.

Deliverables


- Researching and understanding the specific stressors and challenges faced by black women.


- Designing a curriculum that incorporates meditation and relaxation techniques that are culturally relevant.


- Creating course materials such as presentations, handouts, and audio/visual resources.


- Testing the course materials with a focus group of black women and making improvements based on their feedback.


- Developing a marketing plan for promoting the course to the target audience.

Mentorship

I will be giving you 90% of the course content. If there is room for content to be added that in your opinion would benefit we could review it together. also, i would add you to our task management software and provide video tutorials on how to use different programs.
