The problem students will be solving or the outcome they are expected to achieve by the end of the project includes:

- Developing a strategic social media plan for Gemified: Students will collaborate to devise a comprehensive social media strategy that outlines clear objectives, identifies key performance indicators (KPIs), and delineates tactics for content creation, posting schedules, and community engagement.
- Creating visually captivating content showcasing Gemified's jewelry: Students will utilize their creativity to produce high-quality visual content, including product photography, lifestyle shots, and videos, that highlight Gemified's handcrafted beaded jewelry collection and effectively communicates its unique charm and craftsmanship.
- Implementing engaging social media tactics: Students will execute the social media plan by crafting engaging captions, utilizing relevant hashtags, and leveraging interactive features such as Instagram Stories, polls, and live videos to cultivate a vibrant online community around Gemified's brand.
- Analyzing and optimizing social media performance: Students will utilize social media analytics tools to monitor the performance of Gemified's social media channels, track metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates, and glean insights to refine their strategy and enhance the effectiveness of the campaign.
By the end of the project, students are expected to have gained practical experience in leveraging social media as a powerful marketing tool to elevate Gemified's brand presence, connect with potential customers, and drive tangible business results in the competitive jewelry market.
