The main goal of the project is to design a website that effectively markets Robust Solutions Pro's Innovation and SR&ED consulting business. Additionally, the project aims to develop sales strategies for the start-up to increase its client base and revenue.


This will involve several different steps for the learners, including:


- Conducting market research to understand the target audience and competition.


- Creating a user-friendly and visually appealing website design that showcases the consulting services offered.


- Developing content for the website that effectively communicates the value proposition and expertise of Robust Solutions Pro.


- Implementing SEO strategies to improve the website's visibility and ranking on search engines.


- Creating a sales strategy that includes lead generation, client acquisition, and retention tactics.


Deliverables


By the end of the project, learners should complete the following tasks:


- Market research report outlining the target audience, competitive analysis, and key findings.


- Website design mockups and wireframes that demonstrate the layout and visual elements of the site.


- Website content, including service descriptions, case studies, and client testimonials.


- SEO strategy document outlining keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building tactics.

Mentorship

As a startup, I will work closely with the student on all aspects of the project, ensuring hands-on guidance and collaboration. We will use WordPress for website design and free software for creating promotional videos and audio content. The student will have access to necessary tools, data, and regular feedback sessions, with dedicated mentorship and project management support to facilitate a successful learning experience.
